Natural Posture Movement Classes are between 5-7week long at £30- £58  
you can join at any time through the term 

Natural Posture Movement one to one 45 minutes £50 2-1 £65
In a one-one Natural Posture lesson, the teacher creates a learning experience tailored to the needs of the student.  Through gentle movement and touch, the student is guided to become aware of their existing patterns and to explore new possibilities.

Sports Therapy, Fascial unwinding and a Postural assessment
combined for people that want to recover from or prevent injuries  
             1 Hour Initial consultation  £65         
(to include a health questionnaire, posture assessment, a treatment for your individual needs,
​and aftercare plan)
Thereafter:
30 minutes £30.00
45 minutes £55.00

Aromatherapy Relaxation Massage
1 hour £65 full body aromatherapy massage
for people who want to unwind and de-stress
