Natural Posture are excited to have Kristy and Mandy who have over 70 years combined experience in complimentary therapies and teaching. They can teach you how to rest and relax on a day’s retreat and give you the tools to practice them in the future. Come on your own, with a partner, family member or friend for a restful, enlightening and fun day.
Over the day you will experience 5 stages of relaxation
Natural Posture Movement Class – 1 hour of gentle movement to help relax the nervous system.
Shoulder massage techniques - Learn and practise on a partner’s clothed shoulders.
Lunch – Bring your own lunch and a mug, we will provide tea and coffee.
Facial pressure point therapy.
Meditation experience will help you to learn simple techniques to introduce into your daily life.

Posture & Movement Awareness Course The aim of the Posture & Movement Awareness Course is to become aware of your body movements and integrate subtle changes into the body thus helping with or preventing discomfort. Our body has the intelligence to know how it needs to move, but every day work and living places pressure on parts of the body that cannot withstand these patterns long term. Some of us choose to ignore them and some of us come to a point where denial can no longer restrain pain caused by over use.
This course will help you to understand: The importance your feet play in good posture. How sitting correctly can help your back. Having the correct foot strike when walking. How to bring balance into the muscular system. How to relieve muscle pain through heat or ice treatments The important role of the mind.
This course runs over a period of 4 weeks for 60 minute each session.
