This Posture & Movement Awareness Course gently invites you to reconnect with how your body moves and feels. Through simple awareness and subtle changes, you’ll learn ways to support your body, helping to ease discomfort and prevent it from developing.
Your body holds its own natural intelligence and is constantly communicating what it needs. The pace and demands of daily life and work, however, can place repeated strain on parts of the body that aren’t designed to carry these patterns long term. Sometimes we ignore the early whispers; other times pain becomes the body’s way of asking to be heard.
This course will support you in exploring: • The grounding role your feet play in posture and movement • How sitting with more ease can support your back • Developing a more balanced and natural foot strike when walking • Bringing greater balance to the muscular system • Simple ways to ease muscle discomfort using heat or ice • The important connection between mind and body
The course runs over four weeks, with one 60-minute session each week, offering space to learn, notice, and integrate at a comfortable pace. What people say: “I did not think after 3 years of suffering I would ever be relieved of pain and thought pain killers were my only way of getting temporary relief. It’s amazing how being taught posture techniques has improved my life.”
