Wellbeing sessions for staff I believe that it is important to empower people to help themselves by reconnecting with their bodies and mind. The way in which I do this is by studying and gathering knowledge from yoga, martial arts, and many different massage and body therapies. I link this with the latest neuro scientific research to bring people a real connection and understanding of their body and mind.
