“I did not think after 3 years of suffering I would ever be relieved of pain and thought pain killers were my only way of getting temporary relief. It’s amazing how being taught posture techniques has improved my life.”

"My daughter has really struggled with anxiety over the past couple of years and after hearing Kristy speak at a school event, I approached her to see if she could help my daughter too. They had a one to one session talking about the facts about how they brain works so that she could see where her anxiety came from. They discussed some strategies she could use that she found really helpful from the outset and Kristy also made her a lavender based rub to help her settle at night time – she uses it every single night! It really helped her understand why she feels the way she does and she is able to talk more to me about it too now. The best things are the preventative strategies which we put into place together. She’s so much more positive now! Thank you Kristy."
“Kristy has a quiet, gentle manner and is a very good listener. She is very intuitive, and quickly assesses and treats the problem. She has been able to give me advice about exercise, diet, and the use of aromatherapy oils, to ease muscular pain and stress. She is interested in the whole person.”

"I have been to various practitioners over the past 2-3 years which has been mainly due to a back injury. Most have been good and made some improvements to my situation, however following the advice of a physiotherapist I made an appointment to see Kristy.
I am now much improved as far as my injury is concerned and see Kristy for the occasional maintenance visit, but need to look no further due to her truly holistic approach."

I have known Kristy for many years and have seen how she has developed her practice over those years incorporating all the different strands of her training, informal learning and intuition over this time. Not only that, she observes and absorbs everyday life using it to inform her practice to help people in their recovery process.
I asked her to take on my continuing rehab following a mild stroke after my NHS rehab had ceased and I saw her every few weeks for a year. I knew she would be able to understand me as a whole and what I needed both physically, mentally and emotionally, both being vital in the process of recovery. The sessions were practical and hard work but also gave me an opportunity to talk about my concerns about my recovery and my limitations. The process was organic, building on the progress I had made since the last visit and whilst I could list the different exercises we did,(recorded in my notebook) such are Kristy’s skills, it would be different for everyone!
I never left Kristy “emptyhanded” – always with optimism, often with an exercise to improve on and also having had help to organise my time to maximise progress. If you are reading this – take the opportunity to benefit from her skills and improve your movement, posture and physical and mental fitness.

"Kristy has a quiet, calm, demeanour and a thoughtful approach. I found her individualised, almost intuitive, response and resulting treatment to be a real revelation, reflecting her extensive and wide ranging knowledge. I still cannot believe the difference she made! No more painkillers. Her advice about exercises and posture continues to help me avoid problems and helped me back to a more active lifestyle."
